Fully CNC machined Class S propellers

CJR Propulsion has developed a patternless casting method in conjunction with CNC machining to manufacture Class S propellers. Back to back trials with hand finished propellers have shown potential reductions in vibration levels of 50% plus fuel savings of 8-10%. The technology also allows to to manufacture bespoke propellers in as little as 2 weeks meaning less downtime for our customers.
