We warmly welcome journalists to join the press room during Metstrade 2025. Free internet access will be available, as well as coffee, tea, and a selection of delicious sandwiches. Additionally, you will receive a locker to store valuable equipment. We will also provide exhibitor press information and there will always be someone present who can answer any questions you may have about the show.
The press room is open from 18 - 20 November 2025 one hour before the show starts until closing time of the show.
Press Accreditation
Journalists requiring access to information about our events and to our company premises, require accreditation. This accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of enabling journalistic coverage. RAI Amsterdam charges no registration fee for accredited press representatives.

Metstrade logo guidelines
As of December 2024 we introduced a refreshed brand identity and logo. The rollout of this new look reflects the show's evolution. The Metstrade logo is available to its partners, exhibitors and other authorised parties for print productions and internet usage. When using the logo you must adhere to the following guidelines:
Primary Logo
This version of the logo is the first and preferred choice to use.
Only when it is impractical to use this logo, the white or alternativelogos listed below can be considered.
White Logo
On dark or coloured backgrounds, the white logo must be used asan alternative.
Preferably on a blue background.
Indigo Wave Logo
Reserved for exceptional circumstances where neither the primary logo nor the white logo is suitable.
- Never modify the design, add or delete any elements or words, or change any colors
- The logo should not be displayed in any size that compromisesany of the design features, such as so small that elements of thelogo are lost.
- Avoid ‘stretching’ the logo disproportionately in order to make itfit in documents – see image examples.
- For partnerships: co-branded partner logo should be approved first by the marketing department of Metstrade. See contactdetails below.
Typography
From now on, the name "Metstrade" will be written with one capital letter followed by eight lowercase letters. It will no longer bewritten entirely in uppercase.
