CJR can supply complete packages, including Flow Aligned Sterngear packages consisting of p-brackets, propellers and rudders which are CFD designed to minimise appendage drag. All parts are designed and manufactured in Southampton, UK. Investments of £4m in robotics and CNC machines gives us the ability to manufacture Class S propellers in as little as 2 weeks

3D Scanning at CJR
CJR using state of the art technology
CJR offers 3D scanning as part of its portfolio. Used as part of the design, manufacturing and inspection process CJR are now using 3D scanning for reverse engineering of product plus compliance checking of product.Class S Propellers
Fully CNC machined Class S propellers
CJR Propulsion has developed a patternless casting method in conjunction with CNC machining to manufacture Class S propellers. Back to back trials with hand finished propellers have shown potential reductions in vibration levels of 50% plus fuel savings of 8-10%. The technology also allows to to manufacture bespoke propellers in as little as 2 weeks meaning less downtime for our customers.
