The WGX-1 is an intelligent NMEA 2000 WiFi Gateway with bi-directional conversion capability.

Transfer data from an NMEA 2000 backbone to any device (e.g laptop, tablet or smartphone) connected to the WGX-1 via Wi-Fi and additionally convert data bi-directionally between NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 using Actisense’s renowned conversion engine. The WGX also acts as a wired gateway, allowing for transfer or conversion of data between existing NMEA 0183/NMEA2000 instruments. The Type approved NMEA Buffer PRO-NBF-1 Buffer isolates and buffers NMEA 0183 data, with the power to drive multiple devices. Able to distribute up to six identical, amplified streams of data from one source the NMEA signals are buffered to ensure that each Listener receives the data at the required voltage levels, providing consistent data quality. Isolation on the input and outputs ensures the protection of the source Talker device and Listener devices.

The Actisense EMU-1 is a specialized analogue to NMEA 2000 Gateway which converts data from analogue engine gauges/senders into NMEA 2000 data. The EMU-1 enables the sharing of engine data throughout the NMEA 2000 bus. It digitises analogue engine sensors, enabling NMEA 2000 display devices to monitor the connected engine(s) on a vessel. The EMU-1 can monitor vital engine parameters such as temperature, pressure RPM and fluid levels from up to two engines.

The OPTO-4 provides comprehensive galvanic OPTO-isolation to protect the PC input/receiver, plus important spike suppression to improve the PC output/transmitter protection. Initially designed for systems wishing to receive NMEA 0183 data without the risk of ground loop damage, the flexible OPTO-4 can be used to interface any RS422 and standard RS232 connection, whilst powering itself from the RS232 port, making installation simple and very quick.

The USG-2 converts a USB port into a bi-directional serial port suitable for connecting to a marine standard NMEA 0183 data bus. It provides a far safer connection when compared to standard USB to serial converters. Electrical isolation is provided by the ISO-Drive™ output and OPTO-isolated input making installation simple and free from ground loops. The input uses the Actisense OPTO-isolation circuitry to protect any connected equipment from the most common system faults.
