WOMEN'S YACHTING AWARDS
The Women's Yachting Awards honor the exceptional achievements of women who have made a significant impact across the yachting industry. This prestigious award, launched by Yacht Dame through the Yacht Femme platform in partnership with METSTRADE, is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions of women across all sectors of the yachting industry.

Rose Damen is the Managing Director of Damen Yachting - the Dutch superyacht builder behind the iconic Amels yachts, Xplorer luxury expedition yachts and Yacht Support vessels. A company which offers clients the largest superyacht facility in the Netherlands and is world-renowned for the very highest quality superyachts above 50 metres in length. Damen Yachting is part of the Damen Shipyards Group, of which Rose is a third generation family shareholder. A graduate of INSEAD, Rose has prior experience as an investment research analyst in the UK and NGO coordinator in Sri Lanka. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Bombardier, Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and serves on an number of non-profit boards, including those focused on the arts. She is an advocate for gender balance, inclusivity and diversity in all forms.
