BackTow was a pioneering development in harness technology when launched by TeamO in 2017. Unlike a conventional deck safety harness which drags a user face down when towing alongside a vessel, the BackTow harness can be released from the front of the jacket, turning the user in the water and towing them in a BackTow seated position alongside the vessel dramatically increasing survivability of a tethered MOB. 

Key features of the TeamO Hi-Lift lifejacket include:
Revolutionary Buoyancy Distribution: The Hi-Lift repositions buoyancy that is typically wasted above the waterline, redistributing it for optimal support in the water. The twisted bladder provides superb neck and head support whilst minimising the bulk over the shoulders ensuring improved mobility to assist in rescue. 

Industry-Leading Mouth Freeboard: This redistributed buoyancy dramatically increases the mouth freeboard* setting a new benchmark for lifejacket performance. Built-In BackTow Technology: Exclusive to TeamO, BackTow Technology provides an essential layer of safety for sailors finding themselves in conditions that require the use of a harness. What is BackTow? 
All conventional harnesses will tow you in a face down position with you legs pushed out behind you forcing your head underwater. With TeamO’s patented BackTow Technology, you clip on at the front as normal, but if you fall in the water, you can pull the BackTow handle and be rotated into a face up seated position,keeping airways clear and buying time for recovery. The moveable harness point is also an approved lifting point.

Created for sailors who are looking for a lifejacket that is so unobtrusive that you forget you are wearing it. The Micro lifejacket has either automatic inflation or manual inflation options, making it suitable for day sailors, sports boat racers, to fishing sports, SUP Stand Up Paddle Boarders and anyone working on or around water.
