Ucalsa was established in 1986 and has evolved into a major manufacturer of weathertight, watertight, and fire rated doors and hatches supplying its products across Europe and further afield. In addition, Ucalsa also designs and manufactures tanks, gangways and other fabricated vessel systems. With a modern factory spanning more than 10,000 square metres equipped with the latest equipment and with in-house design, Ucalsa specialise in bespoke solutions optimised to suit the customers specifications.

Halyard specialise in water-cooled and dry exhaust systems and as the distributor for Xeamos aftertreatment solutions can provide DPF and SCR packages. We offer a wide range of standard and bespoke components, designed and manufactured in-house, with our scope of supply covering individual components to complete exhaust systems.
Whether the requirement is a sophisticated bespoke water-cooled or dry full exhaust system with aftertreatment or a replacement component Halyard have the solution.

Halyard provide a standard range of lift silencers and separators in different geometries to suit customer installation requirements. For more complex installations we provide bespoke dual chamber silencers for improved noise attenuation, or combined silencer separators. Manufactured to Lloyds Type Approval for use in marine exhaust system applications.

Halyard’s Exhaust Alert provides a class leading exhaust overheat alert system housed in a stylish standard 52mm diameter, IP67 waterproof gauge.
The system incorporates self-test functionality with touch screen control and is supplied as a 12/24 dual voltage unit. Available with a choice of chrome or black bezel and black or white gauge faces to
compliment your existing gauges. The system comes complete with the temperature sensor, wiring and connection block.

Rubber Design are global leaders in noise, vibration and shock control solutions for the worldwide marine market. Halyard is an authorised reseller of Rubber Design antivibration exhaust equipment. Halyard have a long-standing partnership with Rubber Design utilizing their products in Halyard exhaust systems and other applications. We can also offer these as standalone products to meet customer requirements.

The Aquadrive® system isolates the engine from the boat so noise and vibration are greatly reduced. Most installations result in a 50% or more reduction. Aquadrive will also minimise wear on the transmission and cutlass bearings. The propeller shaft is aligned to the Aquadrive thrust bearing, which absorbs the propeller thrust. A Constant Velocity (CV) shaft transmits engine power to the thrust bearing and propeller shaft.
