Manson Ultimus - Lloyd's Register HHP
The cost-effective workboat and commercial anchor
The Ultimus Anchor provides an economical solution for larger vessels. Workboats and commercial vessels that want a robust solution that meets the tougher demands of the seabed can rely on the Manson Ultimus. This anchor is Lloyd's Register approved as a High Holding Power (HHP) anchor and the sizes range from 50 to 4.300kg. The Ultimus can also be certified to all other class societies and is available in both mild galvanised steel or 316L Stainless steel with mirror polish finish or glass bead blasted.

Anchor deployment carriages enable the anchor to swing forward and project clear of the hull during deployment. This is especially useful for vessels with plum bows or more vertical sections. All systems are gravity deployed and retracted using windlass power to avoid conflicting systems and additional cost.
Available in aluminium, stainless or titanium, all systems are designed by our engineers in conjunction with yard naval architects.
