    The ECO door, a unique and innovative accessory that enables ultra-low energy cooking with the GN Espace range of electric cookers and ovens.

    The ECO Door fits to neatly to the inside of the oven door, to add another layer of insulation and keep heat in. It allows a hot casserole, brought to a simmer on the hob, to continue slow cooking in the oven for 4-5 hours without the oven even being turned on, in the style of a traditional hay oven. So the dish cooks whilst on the move, and will be ready for your arrival, and saves valuable electricity.
