What makes your company come back to METSTRADE year after year?
METSTRADE brings together the whole world within the maritime industry, and therefore METSTRADE is the perfect place for our company to be present. The exhibition is maximum customer and supplier care as we are all present. METSTRADE has been the important show to grow our business (BSI Group) over the years.
How did your exhibiting experience change throughout the years?
METSTRADE has developed over the years, to being a very large exhibition with many participants, and is today very well organised. There is a team around the show are very helpful both before, during and after the show.
Throughout the 35-year history of METSTRADE, what was the most significant challenge that your company encountered, which affected your participation in the event?
It became a significant important show for us when most of our existing and new potential customers started joining the show and today it is “the show” where you must be present.
What direction do you envision for the METSTRADE brand in the next decade and what accomplishments do you hope to have at the next show anniversary?
We are not focused on things we must achieve for our METSTRADE participation. We see the show more as a social event for us, where we meet old and new customers and suppliers, and where we can discuss the future, just as we take great pleasure in meeting after the exhibition closes in the evenings.
